Rick Nemcik-Cruz inherited his first firearms at 8 years of age. He began shooting four-position small-bore rifle competitively in the 6th grade and bought his first high power rifle at age 12. An avid hunter and competitive shooter through high school, he dropped out of shooting until 2005 when he took up pistol shooting again. Rick is an NRA Certified Pistol Instructor and USA Shooting Competition official.
A civil Rights lawyer by profession, he has been a BayProfs instructor since 2006, he loves to shoot and practices as often as his schedule permits. He occasionally shoots air pistol and free pistol competitively. In his spare time, he builds 1911 type pistols as a hobby.
